Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible. In such cases, you may refer to our Return Policy for instructions on returning the items once received.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your order is successfully canceled within the 24-hour window, a full refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to process and appear on your payment statement.

Store Credit Option:

Alternatively, you may choose to receive store credit instead of a refund to the original form of payment. This credit can be used for future purchases at Pigment & Petal.
Non-Cancellable Items
Certain items cannot be canceled once the order is placed, including:

Pre-Order Items
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.

Cancellation of Pre-Orders:

Pre-order items can be canceled up to 7 days before the scheduled shipping date for a full refund.

If the pre-order item is within 7 days of its shipping date or has already shipped, the cancellation policy for standard orders applies.

Refunds for canceled pre-orders will be issued to the original form of payment or as store credit, based on your preference.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it. If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there.

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellations must be made at least 3 days before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.

Refunds for Subscriptions:

No refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle once the subscription has been billed. The cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle.
