SHIPPING POLICY

At Pigment & Petal, we strive to provide a seamless and efficient shipping experience for our customers. Our shipping policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the shipment of our products. Please review the information below to understand our shipping procedures and policies.


 

Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be longer.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed successfully. This email will include your order number and a summary of your purchase.

 

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days from the date of shipment.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days from the date of shipment.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days from the date of shipment.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, and customs processing.


 

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.


 

Promotional Shipping Rates

Pigment & Petal reserves the right to offer reduced or promotional shipping rates at our discretion. These promotional rates are subject to change at any time and without formal revision of this policy. Please check our website or promotional materials for the most current shipping offers.


 

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping to select countries.

If/when available International shipping rates and delivery times will vary based on the destination. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.


 

Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
  • Tracking Updates: You can track the status of your shipment using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website.

 

 

Shipping Restrictions

  • PO Boxes: We do not ship to Post Office Boxes. Please provide a physical residential or business address for delivery.
  • APO/FPO Addresses: Our standard shipping partners may not be able ship to APO/FPO addresses.
(However, we understand the importance of accommodating the needs of our military service members and their families stationed abroad. If you require shipping to an APO/FPO address, please contact us at Support@PigmentandPetalStudio.com or (732) 440-7980, and we will do our best to make special arrangements.)


 

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Responsibility: Pigment & Petal is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
  • Claims: If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please contact the carrier to file a claim. We recommend checking with neighbors and your local post office as well.


 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team at support@pigmentandpetalstudio.com within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number, photos of the damaged item and packaging, and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem promptly.

 


Refund Conditions

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase or, if preferred, as store credit.
  • Return Policy Compliance: Refunds will only be granted if the return meets all conditions outlined in our Return Policy. This Includes:
    • Returns initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.
    • Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
    • A valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt, is provided.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including but not limited to:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized, Monogrammed or Customized Products
  • Final Sale or Clearance Items
  • Perishable Goods: such as flowers or plants
  • Original Artwork
  • Reproduction Prints of Original Artwork


Exceptions and Store Credit

  • Discretionary Store Credit: Returns that fall outside the parameters of our return policy may be eligible for store credit at the sole discretion of Pigment & Petal. This includes items returned after the 30-day return window or items that do not meet the condition requirements.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, following the standard refund process.

 

 

Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original method of payment. Store credit shall be made available within 24 hours. 
  • Shipping Costs:
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
