- Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be longer.

- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days from the date of shipment.

We offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times will vary based on the destination. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Tracking
- Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
- Tracking Updates: You can track the status of your shipment using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website.
Shipping Restrictions
- PO Boxes: We do not ship to Post Office Boxes. Please provide a physical residential or business address for delivery.
- APO/FPO Addresses: Our standard shipping partners may not be able ship to APO/FPO addresses. However, we understand the importance of accommodating the needs of our military service members and their families stationed abroad. If you require shipping to an APO/FPO address, please contact us at support@pigmentandpetalstudio.com or (732) 440-7980, and we will do our best to make special arrangements.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- Responsibility: Pigment & Petal is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
- Claims: If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please contact the carrier to file a claim. We recommend checking with neighbors and your local post office as well.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team at support@pigmentandpetalstudio.com within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number, photos of the damaged item and packaging, and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem promptly.
